Business at Spot Brand is growing, and so is its lineup of bikes, mostly catering to the singlespeed crowd and all featuring Gates Carbon Belt Drive compatibility.
The latest is the Cream SS, a titanium hardtail mountain bike with some highly manipulated tube shapes.
It might seem simple but it has all the modern touches like a CNC-machined tapered head tube and BB92 bottom bracket shell. The dropouts are 142×12 and can be opened to fit a belt drive. Not a singlespeed fan? You can fit a slider with a derailleur hanger as well.
Geometry looks to be thoroughly modern as well, with long-ish top tubes and a 69.25 degree head tube angle. The chain stays aren’t super short at 17.25 to 18.25 inches, but are adjustable of course. There are four sizes, Small through XL and the bare frame retails for $3,500.
Want a sweet kit for your new ride? Spot is offering the Cream with a 100mm BOS Dizzy fork, some bling ENVE M50 rims laced to DT Swiss 240s hubs, a Gates Carbon belt drive and Shimano XT brakes. Thrown in an ENVE bar and seat post and you’re looking at a pretty impressive ride. All in for $8,700.
